So this year, I made a resolution to be a better person and live a better life. Don’t get me wrong, my life and lifestyle are currently peaceful, balanced and overall very healthy. I love working out and eating properly, I enjoy being nice and friendly :-), and spending time with family and friends. However, being who I am, I also think there’s room for improvement- (my past resolutions have usually been similar to this one, being a better person, but why not keep getting better?). I think that if I continually improve throughout life, it’s a small way to positively impact and change the world. So I got to thinking, “how do I begin my goal”? Seriously, what does that look like on a daily basis- especially if I’m currently doing many of the things I want to improve on? So, I’m going to start small. I’m practicing more patience with people (this is continual for me as my mother says I have no patience). I’ve decided to approach my goal with a yoga perspective-peaceful, mind , body, and spirit focused. It’s also a great way to work out, and a wonderful stress reliever-something I can use to counteract these stressful NYC fashion days. I found a yoga lifestyle site, Gaiam Fitness Center
, that has all things necessary for me to begin my process. Namaste; to you from me.
