Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within two business days.

Nic Hyl uses USPS to ship all packages. The USPS shipping options are as follows:

 

USPS Priority Mail Express Flat Rate Envelope– You will receive your order within 1-2  business days if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. This  applies to in-stock items only.

 

USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box – You will receive your order within 2-3 business days after shipment if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. The first full day after the order is shipped out counts as the first day. This applies to in-stock items only. Package dimensions are: 23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3" 12" x 12" x 5-1/2".

 

USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box – You will receive your order within 2-3 business days after shipment if your order is placed before 10 AM EST Monday through Friday. Customs Duties & Other Fees

No additional customs fees or international duties are applied on our domestic or International shipments because of our preferred shipping courier.

At the Moment, we don't ship to every country. Discretion to which countries we ship to is the the sole decision of the brand. Contact us if you have a question, or want to have your country added to the list of international countries we ship to.  

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to make the most beautiful, quality swimwear and resort wear you've ever owned. But if for some reason, you need to send your pieces back to us please see the instructions, below:

 

How to Return  

 

To receive a full refund please return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt.  Only full-priced merchandise is eligible for refunds. Sale items or any items purchased with promotional codes are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds offered for promo or sale items.  

 

Naturally, we cannot accept returns of previously worn, soiled, laundered or damaged merchandise.  Depending upon the extent of handling required on our part, we may need to impose a $25 handling fee for these types of non-compliant returns. 

 

In order to receive proper credit for your return, please be sure all original tags and sanitary liners are still affixed/attached to the garment(s). Please allow 5-7 business days for confirmation of all returns.

 

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned items, less the shipping & handling, provided it is within the 30 day timeframe.

 

We recommend that you take note of your USPS Return Label Tracking Number and submit a copy of your order form with the return, in the unlikely event the parcel is lost in transit.

Steps for Returning

 

1. We don't pay for shipment of returns back to us. 

2. Should you need to return your Nic Hyl unworn item back to us, please email us within 30 days, to get return shipping address and update us on the reason why. 

3. Once Nic Hyl receives your shipment, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.  Your funds will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed. The amount of time it takes for your funds to appear on your end, largely depends on your financial institution. 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Nic Hyl has rigorous standards in quality and service. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full credit at our expense.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the undesired items for a full refund and place a new order on our website.

Sale Items

 

Sale items are final sale.
