An Apple Per Day

So I had a physical done recently and just did some overall health exams, and I’m as healthy as a horse! I totally love that. It’s the best validation for my lifestyle, diet and overall way of life. That said, even the physician’s assistant at my doctor’s office was asking me what I do when she saw all of my test results. She then laughed and said, that she probably doesn’t have the discipline to live her life in my lifestyle. That got me thinking…why couldn’t she? I think it’s totally easy, granted I’ve been living like this for years now, and it’s not hear.

Try these tips:

  1. Drink your water. We’ve been over this one. Drink plenty of it.

  2. Workout. It’s the best way to keep your heart and other organs in shape. Plus, the best side effect is that your body will look great. If your body is healthy and in shape, it will last for years and years.

  3. Enjoy life. Be happy and just enjoy the blessings that you’ve been given. Stress is unhealthy and IMO, the people that stress all of the time, don’t take enough time out of the day to enjoy their day. Find the beauty in the little things.

  4. Eat in moderation. You are what you eat. It makes no sense to eat in a poor way and then complain when your body reflects what you’ve been eating. Your body is your temple treat it like it is.

  5. Eat Clean. I like to eat unprocessed foods from the earth cooked in a very healthy, full flavor way.
