What do you do if you can’t go to MIami to see all the great swim shows this weekend? Easy, you write about it and spend the afternoon looking up photos on your iMac. So many great colors and trends hit the catwalk this weekend in what is sure the United States biggest swimwear show of the year! MBFW Swim Miami. Models, designers and people from all over the world make a pilgrimage to Miami to see and be seen. What’s drawing them there this weekend is a bevy of runway shows, where swimsuits are the main feature (and the models that wear them).
Amongst the brands that were showcasing this weekend are: Gottex, L-Space, Poco Pano, Maura Hoffman Swim, Lulu Fama, Beach Bunny and tons more. The shows are taking place pool side in swanky hotels. Also this weekend is the Swim Show, the swimsuit industries trade show where buyers and sellers meet (my brand and I will be at the trade show next year #excited). The styles and trends seen this weekend will dominate the looks we see in swimwear for the next year. Get ready for what’s sure to be a fun year in swim!
