The Weekly Scoop

What a week! So many great things are developing that I’ve been m.i.a. for a few days- my apologies. Now that I have a handle on my “real life” I’m so excited to share with you this gem of find for this week’s edition of The Weekly Scoop.

New york is known for so many things. Among those things are great fashion, food and shopping. We have tons of craft, boutique shopping that carry labels and brands you know and love and also new labels that are just as well made with great fit, design aesthetic and charm. One of my favorite new stores is Line & Label in Greenpoint, a cute neighborhood in Brooklyn. Line & Label makes you feel like you belong there the moment you step in the shop. The store is curated beautifully by the owner/designer Kate, and brings together the perfect fusion of girly, edgy cool. Specializing in women’s clothing, jewelry, and leather goods by emerging indie artists, it’s seriously hard not to leave this great shop without making a purchase or 3.

After trying on just about every piece of jewelry,  (trust me-I’m a jewelry girl and there are some amazing pieces here, both genuine and accessories) I moved on to playing with the clothes. The store features brands like Harvey Faircloth, Heidi Merrick, Habitual, Trine Vestergaard, and Line & Label. Line & Label also has carries their own amazing brand of leather handbags by the shops owner/designer. The bags are simple styles, in great quality leather and are just the perfect size for any New York Woman. This is definitely one to watch!

I’m already thinking about what my next purchase will be! Line & Label 568 Manhattan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222 347.384.2678
