Okay let’s face it; there are times in a bella’s life when she will need to cover up her swimsuit while at the beach or pool. There are many great options to cover up your beautiful swimsuit. Sarongs, tunics, cut off shorts, and cute little dresses have been popular for decades and those are the standard ways to cover up your swimsuit while still looking chic and stylish for the situation. It’s not enough though just to have a cover up, your cover-up should be styled to relate back to your swimsuit and look, the same way your overcoat is part of your ensemble in the winter. I typically try to match the lines of the swim top, back to the lines of the cover up I’m wearing-it can look very jumbled if you have on a triangle top bikini and a strapless coverup. So If I’m wearing a bandeau top swimsuit, I’ll have on a strapless cover up. You get the idea.
Today let’s take a look at some really cute options of coverups and different ways that you can wear them that you may not have considered before. Both of these super cute coverups below, are from that new designer I’m smitten with, Nager By Nic Hyl
P.S. Throw a skirt over your one piece and treat it like a bodysuit. It’s a magnificent option if you have to go to a beach side restaurant for dinner or are dining on a boat. Tell me about all of the compliments you get later.
