5 Designers We Loved at Fashion Week Brooklyn 2018

We at Tie Sides and Scoops were invited to Brooklyn Fashion Week and support our founder Nic Hyl. While we shouted and cheered for our first love Nager, we were also able to enjoy other designers. Here are 5 Brooklyn designers we saw at Fashion Week Brooklyn.

  1. Sincerely KAJ focuses on long flowy fabrics drenched in rich neutrals and an occasional POP of color. This classically minimalist style is great for the workplace.

2. Nager by Nic Hyl is a stunning collection of bathing suits with tons of personality that is sure to turn heads on your next vacation.

3. True Life Clothing x Giza Olympius drew inspiration from the fun and bold stylings of the 90s. If you look closely you can see the Fresh Prince references.

4. Jakia Nur’s collection is for true queens. Regal silhouettes and bold dark colors make it clear exactly who’s in charge here.

5. Zuri Zahara Love and John Ashford is a show collection featuring mostly boots and heels. Slip on any of these will bring even the blandest outfit to life. Try to keep your balance, they are pretty high.
