Some of the loveliest women in the world have just walked their first couple shows for NYFW and we all know we chose favorites in this house. Here are four stunning models to watch out for this Fashion Month. They won’t disappoint.
Justine Biticon
or @justinemaebiticon on Instagram is quickly rising to be a major star in the fashion industry. Her online fame and extremely likable personality have caused some designers to push through the current outrageous beauty standards for models and invited her to walk down the runway in their garments. Here she is wearing Buffalo London and was also seen hanging out with the talented musician Khalid backstage.
2.Salem Mitchell
@Salemmitchell is the busiest girl in NYFW. She has been booked for __ shows and vouge as already written an article about her entitled “Salem Mitchell Took New York Fashion Week by Storm.” Its unknown how many shows and high-profile events she’s been to just yet, but she has been seen at Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, the Vogue x Jumpman fete events. Salem Mitchell is on a roll and it doesn’t look like she’s stopping anytime soon.
3. Slick Woods
The new mother of her firstborn son Saphir is no stranger to the fashion industry. @slickwoods is a regular at Fenty shoots shows and promotional ads, and was most recently walking/performing at the Savage X Fenty lingerie runway show when she went into labor! She was still on stage when she went into labor! After fourteen hours of labor the child is healthy and so is Slick Woods. We hope to see her at many more events once she is back on her feet. Congrats!
4. Kelsey Merrit
This lovely gal @kelseymerritt has just announced that she will be walking in the Victoria Secret Fashion Show! Kelsey is the first Filipina model to walk a Victoria Secret Fashion Show and Twitter is raving about it. Hopefully, we’ll see more Asian representation in huge shows like this soon.
